ThinkSeb has evolved a lot over the last two years.

So have I.

For a long time, I believed that doing great work meant pushing harder than everyone else. Longer hours. More pressure. More control. I was proud of the intensity, but eventually I realised that intensity alone does not create exceptional work.

Clarity does. Trust does. Space does.

Today, I care just as much about how the work is made as I do about the work itself.

I want our clients to feel understood. I want my team to feel trusted. I want the studio to be calm, even when the stakes are high.

That does not mean the standard has dropped. It means the opposite.

We are more focused now. More selective. More honest about the kind of work we want to do and the kind of people we want to do it with.

I still believe that if something is worth doing, it is worth doing properly. But I no longer believe great work has to come from chaos.

ThinkSeb should feel like peace during wartime.

A place where ambitious people can bring something important, and trust that it will be handled with care, conviction, and a genuine piece of us in every part of it.

That is the studio I am building now.
