The role
ThinkSeb is looking for a talented Graphic / Digital Designer to join our team full-time. This is a opportunity for a designer who thrives in creating premium, world-class visuals across a variety of digital and brand mediums. We’re not just looking for any graphic designer, we’re searching for true creative talent. Someone who is passionate about producing work that is clean, custom, strategic, and impactful. If you have a strong eye for design, love crafting all sorts of brand graphics, and have a command over tools like Figma, Photoshop, and Illustrator, this could be the perfect fit for you.
Your background / experience
- You’ve spent at least four years working for / collaborating with a distinguished design studio, collaborating with leading designers, strategists, and founders to craft work that defines industry standards.
- You thrive in small, elite teams where precision and creative freedom coexist, contributing confidently across time zones and disciplines.
- You take projects from concept to completion with initiative and ownership, elevating the work without waiting for instruction.
- You design with strategy in mind, translating abstract ideas into visual systems that communicate, persuade, and resonate.
- You’re fluent in Figma, Adobe Suite, and the broader ecosystem of modern design tools.
- You’re obsessed with growth. Constantly refining your craft, exploring emerging aesthetics, and raising the creative standard with every project you touch.
Core responsibilities
- Designing high-end graphics for web, digital platforms, and branding projects
- Creating custom graphics, banners, social media assets, and marketing collateral
- Supporting brand development projects with strategic and beautiful visual execution
- Working within ThinkSeb’s signature aesthetic – 100% storytelling.
